An intimate evening of live music at OBA Postjesweg.
LOVNG ROOM at OBA Postjesweg on Saturday 31 October. Three short sets in a quiet library room, close to the music. Doors 19:00, music from 19:30. Thara is a South African singer-songwriter based in the Netherlands, writing pop-folk songs about love, change, longing and faith — personal songs that aim to feel familiar to whoever is listening. Walter Rootsie closes the night: an Amsterdam singer-songwriter who has played stages across the Netherlands, Spain and Finland, with four albums to his name and a set that moves between country, folk, blues and roots. One more act opens the night.
The room is a library: no bar, tea only.
